Typically the course is run with a trainer over a two week period, with a very flexible timetable allowing for busy people. There is various formats for training, but the most common is outlined below. There are DVD's of the course that can be purchased that can be used for homegroups, individuals or even churches if having a trainer come personally is not a viable option. But obviously having someone train "live" is the most beneficial, interactive and interesting way of being equipped. This is a format that most churches opt to use (mainly due to it’s flexibility), but is not the only way the training can happen. We are happy to discuss your training requirements with you and work out the best way to equip people in your church. At first glance this looks overwhelming, but as explained more under Training detail you only need to come to ANY THREE 'Learning The Seed' Sessions out of the twelve.
