If you have a square screen on your PDA then the normal PDA presentation won’t work too well as it has been designed for the standard rectangular screen.  If your PDA can view PowerPoints then as an alternative you can download this PowerPoint version instead.  It doesn’t have all the functionality and animation of the Interactive Flash version, but at least it will work on your screen.
